• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• A return or refund is applicable only if the product is damaged or a wrong item has been delivered.
• To verify damage or incorrect product delivery, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
• Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed for damaged or wrongly delivered products.
• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Sale & Discounted Products

• Products purchased during sale or discount are non-returnable.
• Exception: If a discounted product is damaged or incorrect, return or exchange will be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost

• If the return is approved due to damage or wrong product delivery, the return shipping cost will be borne by Fakhar Clay.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing Time

• Once the return is approved, the refund will be completed within 3–5 business days.
